3. Is there an initial fee for requesting a ringtone?

No, the initial script and consultation are provided free of charge. Charges only apply after you approve the audio version and receive our invoice.


4. Is the advance payment refundable?

No, the advance payment is non-refundable as it covers voice recording and production costs.


5. How long does it take to activate the RingIN Tone?

Activation time depends on the respective telephone network. We will submit your request promptly, but delays may occur based on the telecom provider’s process.


6. Will I be charged by the telephone company too?

Yes. Your telecom provider may apply their own charges for the RingIN Tone service. All fees are subject to government taxes.


7. Can I request changes to my voice track?

Yes, one-time changes based on the original transcript are free. Additional edits or new content will incur an extra voice recording fee.
